Nominated for: John Vernon Lord Sketchbook Prize
I have been focusing on character creation and constructing fantasy worlds to be used for product designs, for example, I recently used my images for a tobacco rolling paper brand which I built during university. I have also been exploring the relationship between typography and illustration and combining the two to produce interesting results. I have also been experimenting with ‘re-working’ magazine covers (known as doodle-bombing) and am really enjoying this process. I hope to work more with these approaches and further improve my practice.
