Over 25 years, Critical Practice has enabled students to address a range of cutting-edge issues in art and life, underpinned by the idea that artists have a role in speaking truth to power.  Graduates have taken their education into a huge range of roles, including: the curator of the John Hansard Gallery, curator of Documenta, humanitarian worker, finalist in MasterChef, Observer columnist, Turner-prize winner, bookshop owner, lecturers in a wide range of subjects, philosopher, award-winning fashion designer, community arts-education worker, and gardener.  Or as one graduate put it: Critical Practice ‘taught me to think’.
