Above everything, I’m interested in human behaviour. I’m a collector and collage artist and this is how I approach the different mediums I work in. I love people’s stories, and responding to cultural and historical events, such as COVID-19. Therefore, I focus on creating atmospheres by removing my strict personal view, making work for people to engage with in their own personal ways. My favourite medium to work in is moving image- combining analogue and digital animation processes and am still learning where the line of commercial art and fine art falls. I always seem to come back to obsolete technology like old television sets and radios because of how engaging and accessible they are, to work and to view as an audience. However, I also love to work in photography, film and return to traditional practises like drawing when my digital work starts to feel too clinical.
