Megan Britcliffe / Fine Art Critical Practice BA(Hons)

My art practice explores the individualities and diversities of perspective. Throughout my practice, the primary focus has frequently been people and the individual perspective. However, my work has evolved from the physical to the virtual. The absence of the physical has been a significant influence on my practice.

My recent work is a virtually curated gallery space showcasing composition and perspective through the exploration of formal elements. During the development, the architecture of the virtual space became a part of the artwork.

The perspective of the work is influenced by the diversity of the audience. Each viewer will see and interpret the work differently.

Within my practice, I aim to continue the exploration and experimentation with the virtual realm, addressing how architecture and art coincide. I wish to translate the curation of the virtual gallery into the physical, whilst developing and expanding on the current theme of perspective.
