Initiating a contemporary and forward-thinking approach to innovating within fashion communication; through seeking opportunities and possibilities of 3D scanning, interactive media, and augmented reality. Dissecting themes surrounding: cybernetics and the body, technological-human evolution, the dual nature of the mask, and the concept of the avatar.

‘Brought into Being’ is an exploration into the limits of the body in relation to the post-human condition, with a focus on the fractured communication between body and viewer. Capturing and manipulating space and reality through 3D photography. Deconstructing and reconstructing the body; fragmented bodily elements are displaced in space, allowing for hybrid-bodies and cyborgs to emerge.
