Jasper Burling / Film and Screen Studies BA(Hons)

Jasper Burling is a Film and Screen Studies graduate specialising in representational screen media. His main interests include videography and photography, specifically, how these mediums can create (in)authentic representations within subcultures. Passionate about the skateboarding subculture, he focuses his work towards the sport and its presence in society, discussing pre-conceived notions that greater society hold. Jasper has a growing interest in graphic design within the visual arts, exploring how his photography can be translated into tangible work, through collage and zine making. He intends to explore this further in his professional career.
