Hannah Peachey-Thacker / Graphic Design BA(Hons)

My practice is informed by my obsession with collecting. My collection of ephemera and found objects are products of inspiration that I constantly refer to when creating my work.  Within my practice, narratives and storytelling are integral elements. I create visual stories with image-making; combining collage, photography and printmaking. I collage using found papers and objects, which have a story and history of their own. Through these collated resources of found imagery, my work takes the viewer on a journey and exposes them to questions and themes that can be considered as evocative and controversial.
