Graphic Design BA(Hons)

The BA(Hons) Graphic Design course provides the opportunity for students to experiment across their three years study with a broad range of practices to find their own creative voice and enable new ways of working.

This year’s students have excelled throughout their time at Brighton at creating developed creative voices and approaches to design. They have an excellent understanding of their context and audience and from this adeptly produce both personal and at the same time outward-facing creative work.

Our staff team has seen an incredibly developed level of both creative thinking and design practice from this year’s cohort. It goes without saying that our students have dealt with the current circumstances unbelievably well and produced in-depth bodies of work that are not only accomplished but have excelled under the current circumstances.

It should be said that at times they don’t know just how excellent they are, how adept to take on the role of a designer outside of the university sphere, and how proud they should be of what they have achieved as we are as their tutors.
