URBAN GARDENS
Urban Gardens is an explosion of abstract colourful florals & tropics inspired by the beautiful hues of flora from the famous Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. This magical garden is also known as “en eventryrlig blomstrende have” meaning adventurous flowering garden. The concept of Ephemerality and transitional beauty is a re-occuring theme throughout this collection. From frozen to photographic florals, I have found a way of abstracting floral blooms & creating new compositions.
As a designer, I enjoy experimenting with energetic colour and distinctive patterns. I particularly relish working organically and with a sense of freedom, as it enables me to express myself within my work in a joyful and contemporary way. Celebrating the bold and positive nature of bright florals with a touch of femininity, colour has been the driving force throughout this collection.
