Chanoice Jones / Fashion Communication with Business Studies BA(Hons)

Skip is a travel magazine produced as a final major project by Chanoice Jones. It explores themes of surveillance and transparency while candidly documenting the culture within a certain area of the UK for every issue.

The focal point for this issue is the coast of Essex and aims to create realistic expectations through light-hearted language and contemporary content featuring the identification of subcultures.

The magazine is unique to other modern travel magazines as it strives to form connections with its readers based on trust. The language is casual with undertones of humour and the pages have a handmade feel to them through the use of fonts and collages which connote the presence of personality and identity.
