Hello! I’m Alice and I study Illustration at Brighton University. I’m a filmaker and my work involves public engagement and documentary. My most recent project has been documenting the pandemic through letter writing. Whilst the impacts of the virus are universal, the experience of its consequences are highly unique to individuals. My intention is to capture individuality in this project by using letter writing as a form of documentary. So far, I have received over 150 letters internationally and am in the process of curating a digital time capsule on a website (www.lettersfromcovid.com).
